TERMS & CONDITIONS
Do read these terms and conditions before you decide to buy from me
1. Shipping Time
Every MONDAY.
I'm a college student, have packed schedule and live at the hostel, only able to get back home by Friday after 3pm & get
back hostel again by Sunday afternoon. Which means that I only have approximately 2 days to pack albums. So, albums will be ship every Monday.
Not willing to wait? Suggest you find another seller.
As I'm a full-time student, my class start on Monday, so I choose online courier service instead go to post office, which the postman will come to my house and pick up my parcel at a scheduled date. But.. sometimes the postman may missed pick up my parcel. So, if this incident happen, I will schedule the pick up date at the following date.
IF I PROMISE THAT I WILL POST OUT ITEMS EVERY MONDAY, THEN I WILL DO IT.
DO NOT BLAME ME IF THE POSTMAN MISSED PICK UP MY PARCEL WHICH CAUSE YOU DELAY IN RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS, THIS IS NOT MY FAULT!
And from today onward, I will NOT RESPONSIBLE for any parcel damage or lost.
2. Extra Charge (2nd Payment)
There is a case that your album might be detained by the custom even though the albums total purchase cost is below RM400. If that incident happen, second payment will be required.
You can choose either TO PAY or NOT TO PAY.
If you pay, you get your album; If you refuse to pay, thus I will hold your album as long as you done paying for the 2nd payment.
OR WORST COME TO WORST, if you request to refund, ohyeah, I am willing to refund. But from that day onward, you rather find another seller as I will blacklist you.
I want to make some clarifications for the custom taxes.
One; As you know, items that have the value of RM500 or above "suppose" is taxable. But, custom officer don't think like that. They just like to detain parcel even the value is below than that, based on YOUR LUCK (OR MY LUCK).
Two; Since I do precautious in order to avoid albums being detained by custom, if the album being hold, please do not blame me. I also do not wish this kind of incident happen.
Three; From my house to the POS MALAYSIA that near LCCT there, it will take me at least or more than 1.5hours in order to reach there. 148km+ of journey for total, fuel fees who pay? Of course, you. [If you don't believe me, you can go search, "POS MALAYSIA that located at Jalan KLIA S1" through your Google Masternim, then you will find out it will be such a long, far, tough way to go there]
Four; I am not earning profit from these "CUSTOM TAXES" okay, I surely will divide through the number of albums [approximately RM2-10 each album depends on the quantity].
Can't take to charge pay for 2nd payment? JUST SPEAK TO ME, I'M ALWAYS WILLING TO MADE A REFUND ^^
3. Estimate Time Arrival
2-3 Weeks. But.. estimate time arrival ≠ exact time arrival.
Which means you might receive the album later than 3 weeks, depends when will the seller ship out the album.
Sometimes if the seller ship later than the album release date, thus will arrive me later than 3 weeks. Plus, sometimes if
bad luck, detained by custom, it will take me a week to claim the album because of I only able to claim by every Friday (yet I
also have to skip the afternoon Friday class in order to go there).
I want to claim that, unlike some seller that have helpers, I did all this packaging works all on my own.
Since I only have one pair of hand, so sometimes I might not able to post out your album at the following week when it reaches me.
I'm sincerely APOLOGIZE for that because I'm a student, I will also feel tired, I also need sleep, you do not expect me not to sleep and just pack all the albums in one night. But, I will try my best to pack all albums if possible, after they reach me.
So, please be PATIENT if you decided to order with me ^^
4. Keep Track
For that, I sincerely apologize again, because of I unable to update with you from time to time.
This is because I do have customers from different platform, it is hard for me to update one by one.
If you are curious with the album status, do not hesitate to ask me, I'm always willing to answer you.
5. Blacklist
I really hate to blacklist other people, but.. sometimes I have no choice, as I feel offended by their action..
1. Back Out, MIA buyer
2. Buyer that buy from me and sell at a higher price to earn profits (RM6-10 is okay for me, but if more than that.. I'm sorry, you will appear in my blacklist name list from that day onward)
3. Buyer that join non-profit group order, and sell the photocard at a higher price
4. Rude buyer
Don't ever think that because you are a customer, you can blame or scold me for whatever.
If you treat me politely, then I will do the same to you.
But if you treat me opposite, I rather not earn single cents of profit from you.
I also have my limit as well, if you cross over my limit, please don't expect me that you receive friendly treatment from me.
I have my own style running my business, so if you have any dissatisfy, you better shut your mouth, as I hate people criticize me.
